These terms apply when you use cohesiveloom.com or buy from it. The site is run by Cohesive Good, Co., a Florida company ("we").
- Who you are buying from. We sell every piece on this site ourselves. The local businesses shown have licensed us their names and artwork, and receive a share of the profit on each piece, but they are not the seller.
- Orders and prices. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay; tax is added at checkout, and shipping is free. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a price was shown wrongly), and if we do we refund you in full.
- Made to order. Pieces are printed after you order. Colours on screen may differ a little from the finished piece, and hand-feel varies by garment.
- Returns and refunds are covered by our Refunds policy; shipping by our Shipping policy.
- The artwork. The designs belong to us or to the businesses that licensed them. Buying a piece does not give you the right to copy the design.
- Using the site. Do not misuse it: no attempts to break in, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other people's use of it.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
